Fulfillment Provider
We fulfill orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to ensure fast and reliable delivery service.
Shipping Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Note: Shipping timeframes begin after order processing is complete and exclude weekends and holidays.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Some orders may qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package status.
Shipping Issues
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will help track your package or arrange a replacement if necessary.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.

- Our dietary supplements require proper storage conditions. We use standard packaging to ensure product quality during transit
- Please inspect packages upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses
